All you need is a TomTom LINK* installed in your vehicles and the TomTom Remote LINK Working Time device. Together, they enable you to collect an accurate record of everyone’s working hours and track their vehicles‘ location. So you can boost your productivity, control costs and increase efficiency.
Employees use their ID key to register their working status via the Remote LINK. They just press START when they start work, PAUSE when they take a break and STOP when they end a shift. The information is sent via Bluetooth TM to the TomTom LINK fitted into the vehicle, which transmits it back to the office together with the GPS position immediately.
You could even install one in your workplace, its cheaper than a clocking in system.
